Using yoga and meditation, the workshop will give men the tools to practice living a balanced life. One which fully embraces both masculine and feminine qualities, for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Yoga and meditation are great ways to find inner contentment, not reliant on external factors like drugs and alcohol for happiness. Moreover, it invites practitioners to practice openness and grounding simultaneously, suitable for anyone looking to open up more while still feeling grounded.
Accepting that all things arise for a reason, we are no longer beholden to society’s expectations of being a man.
With the context of yoga as a basis for balance, we’ll come together as men and share our stories of manhood. Opening up to other men in a supportive environment is key, vulnerability in this setting is not a weakness, it’s a strength.
In this workshop, everything which gets spoken about in the group STAYS in the group.
By encouraging men to take their armoury off, together we can create a new vision for manhood, one which is balanced, open and has the support of other men.
These events will be in collaboration with the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), where 100% of profits will be going towards.
