The workshop integrates a calm and relaxing form of yoga, one which guides us to feel with our breath not think with our minds. Building on simple postures with breath, allows us to find a calm and tranquillity which we can take into the ordinary moments of our lives.
Likewise, meditation is a wonderful tool to find the clarity and focus we all desire in our lives.

With the context of yoga as a basis for balance, we’ll come together as men and share our stories of manhood.
Opening up to other men in a supportive environment is key, vulnerability in this setting is not a weakness, it’s a strength. Everything which gets spoken about in the group STAYS in the group.
By starting this conversation, together we can create a new vision for manhood, one which is balanced, open and has the support of other men.

Led by: Jono Condous – A guiding presence, Jonos balance and grounding allows each of us the freedom to explore our own manhood.
These events will be in collaboration with the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), where 100% of profits will be going towards.
