    • SHIPPING

      Shipping takes place up to 48 hours after an order has been placed at our distribution centre. Please allow 48 hours from the time you make an order before your item is shipped.

    • FEES

      The shipping times depend on which option you choose and whether you're shipping to the UK, EU or a Non EU Country. We currently offer free shipping on orders over £65 to the UK ONLY. 

      UK  -  £6.85

      Rest of the World   -  £10.00

    • TRACKING ORDERS

      When will my order be shipped?

      Once  processed, your items will be shipped:
      - UK
      Within 2-3 business days of the order date.
      How do I know that my order has been shipped?
      We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.

    • EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

      Can I make exchanges?

      We understand that from time to time items may not be completely suited. So we offer exchanges and returns on goods which:

      • You have yet to wear
      • Still have the tags attached
      • Are placed back neatly into the plastic OHMME Polybag and returned undamaged
      • Are within 30 days of receipt

      
 If you’ve ticked all of these boxes then simply go to the tracking link found in the shipment confirmation email, select return your order in the top right, and follow the steps.

      
 Please give as much information about reasons for returns as possible!


      Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
      Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty in the first place
 How will I know that my return has been received?

      Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email. If approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. 


      What if my refund is late or missing? 

      
 If you haven't received a refund yet, get in touch with Philip . We do recommend you check with your bank first though!
